Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the personal information collected by FBAVI. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us and we will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to identify and communicate with you regarding FBAVI matters and/or events, to respond to you in response to inquiries, and for other reasons related to the operations of FBAVI. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill a request, e.g. process member applications.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via mail, email or phone in the course of doing the business of FBAVI.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information to FBAVI, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees, board members or other authorized volunteers who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Monitoring Website Usage
We may monitor website visitors for internal purposes so we can improve usability and enhance your browsing experience. The information collected is not personal information - it includes the name of the Internet service provider (ISP), the browser used, the type of machine that is accessing our website, the website that referred you to us, the pages you visited on our site and the time of your visit.
